Selena Omogbai

Selena Omogbai is currently the Director of Employee Experience and Culture at WorkForce Software. Selena is responsible for ensuring that every team member feels valued, respected, and heard. Prior to this role, Selena held various positions in HR, training, and management at companies such as Ann Arbor Art Center, Coach Leatherware, ALDO Group, The Body Shop, Walgreens, and Meijer. Selena holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Marketing and Management from Johnson & Wales University, a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University, a MA in Education and Human Development with a focus on Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Washtenaw Community College.
