Juan Palencia

Juan Palencia is an experienced I.T. support professional with a background in technical support, desktop support, and procurement. Currently serving as an I.T. Support Specialist at Workforce Solutions Alamo since February 2015, Juan Palencia provides technical assistance for PC software and hardware issues and maintains various computing systems. Previously, as a Desktop Support Specialist at South San Antonio ISD, Juan Palencia helped ensure the usability of desktop and laptop systems while managing computer inventory. Earlier experience includes a role as a Procurement/Inventory Technician at Workforce Solutions Alamo. Juan Palencia holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems from California State University, Dominguez Hills, earned between 2000 and 2005, and completed further education at ACI Learning in 2023.
