Mariel Soto

Mariel Soto has extensive experience in research and project coordination, currently serving as a Research Analyst, Project Coordinator, and Program Assistant at Workforce Solutions Borderplex since October 2018. Previously, Mariel worked as a Human Resources Extern at The Hospitals of Providence, where responsibilities included reviewing employee evaluations for compliance and preparing files for audits. Mariel's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the same institution. Additional experience includes roles as a Graduate Assistant for the Dual Credit Initiative and Undergraduate Assistant for the Study Abroad Office at The University of Texas at El Paso, focusing on data processing, student engagement, and orientation for international students.
