Caitlin Desrochers, MSIOP, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and HR generalist roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Workforce Solutions Capital Area, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, achieving notable improvements in onboarding processes and employee engagement.
