Theresa Nealy has extensive experience in healthcare and workforce solutions, currently serving as a Child Care Navigator at Workforce Solutions Capital Area since July 2012, where guidance is provided for child care and career development resources. Previously, Theresa held the position of Eligibility Supervisor at Travis County Healthcare District, managing a team of specialists and assistants. Theresa also worked at The Blood Center of Wisconsin in Hospital Services, ensuring compliance in the shipment of blood products, and has experience as a Nursing Home Administrator at Extendicare Inc., overseeing skilled nursing operations. Additionally, Theresa was the Executive Director at Golden Living Center, managing daily functions of a nursing facility. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
