Karen Sheppard is a seasoned career advisor currently with Workforce Solutions since April 2022, where responsibilities include guiding customers through career exploration, establishing employment goals, and advocating for additional resources. Previous experience also includes serving as an HR Customer Service Representative at Aon Hewitt and Director of Customer Service at First Class Tours Inc., focusing on customer issue resolution and team management. Karen holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from Sam Houston State University, and an Associate's degree from Blinn College.
