Connie Rash

As Senior Vice President, Connie is responsible for planning, procurement, quality assurance, resource development, and policies for workforce programs serving the Greater Dallas community. Connie has a strong commitment to providing quality workforce services to employers and job seekers with the goal of ensuring a highly skilled workforce for the Greater Dallas Area. Connie also serves as Board Secretary with responsibilities related to the Board of Directors and the Board packet.

Connie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Baylor University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of New Mexico. She has more than twenty years of progressively responsible experience with workforce programs.
