Currently serving as Center Administrator and previously as Business Services Representative at Workforce Solutions of Central Texas since March 1999, Frank has built a strong background in operational management. Prior to this, Frank worked as Operations Manager at Killeen Daily Herald from October 1995 to January 1999. Frank served in the US Army from September 1970 to October 1995, achieving the rank of Command Sergeant Major (CSM). Education includes attendance at Crestwood High School in Mantua, Ohio, and studies at El Paso Community College.
