Kristen Kern-Beaver is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Partner at WSI - Workforce Strategies, Inc. since June 2019. With extensive experience in various roles, including Human Resource Director at New Eagle and Regional Officer at J.P. Morgan Chase, Kristen has developed expertise in change management, workforce planning, employee relations, and training development within the banking sector. Prior to consulting work as KKB Consulting since May 2017, Kristen dedicated over a decade to banking, achieving significant improvements in compliance and sales performance. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing Major from Ferris State University.
