Rob Minaglia

Rob Minaglia has held various leadership positions throughout their career. Rob is currently the Vice President of Technology Alliances at WorkFusion, where they are responsible for solutioning, enablement, and go-to-market execution with partners. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Global Partners and Alliances at Aspen Technology, overseeing the go-to-market strategy for over 150 partners. Before joining Aspen Technology, they worked at Pitney Bowes as Vice President of OEM Sales, leading the North American sales team and driving new market entry into adtech/martech. Rob also held positions at CA Technologies, Evident Software, Apogee Networks, Tellsoft Technologies, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various sales and business development roles. Throughout their career, Rob has demonstrated expertise in strategic partnerships, sales, and market expansion across various industries.

Rob Minaglia completed their education with an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business between 1990 and 1993. Earlier, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University, which they completed from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Rob has pursued further professional development in the field of Negotiations and Conflict Management through the Professional & Executive Development program at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education. Rob has also obtained a certification in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Thinking Machines from LinkedIn.
