Yafim Strauss

Yafim Strauss has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Yafim currently serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Global Sales & Operations at WorkGenius since June 2022. Prior to this, Yafim worked at Toptal as the Principal Global Portfolio Lead from June 2021 to July 2022. Yafim also held positions as the Global Enterprise Director of Sales, Director of Strategic Partnerships, and Enterprise Sales Executive at Toptal from 2017 to 2021. Yafim worked as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at Q.ai - a Forbes company from October 2018 to July 2022. Yafim also served as a Senior Advisor - Innovation Consultant, Future of Work at Forbes from April 2020 to May 2022. Yafim gained experience as a Senior Advisor to the CEO at CCL Secure and as a Strategy and Innovation Advisor at Rio Tinto, both from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Digital Innovation Advisor at Nokia from February 2018 to January 2020. Before that, Yafim held leadership roles at Nuro Secure Messaging as the Vice President & General Manager, Enterprise and Director of Sales & Strategy- North America from 2016 to 2017. Yafim worked at Langate Software as the Director of Sales Enablement, Operations, Revenue Strategy & Growth from January 2016 to June 2016 and as a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2016. Yafim began their career at Citadel LLC as an Electronic Trading and Software Sales from November 2013 to November 2014.

Yafim Strauss began their education at Yeshiva University in 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematical Economics. Yafim completed their undergraduate studies in 2013. During this time, they also participated in a combined program with Columbia Engineering from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Engineering and Applied Science. Yafim continued their education at Yeshiva University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Quantitative Economics and Finance in 2013.
