Tom Borish has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various positions and industries. Tom started their career at DigitalDay as a Junior Web Designer, where they were responsible for daily updates, design, and client interaction. Tom then moved on to RLS2000.com as a Senior Web Designer, where they took charge of designing and updating websites, blogs, and social media channels for real estate industry clients. Afterwards, Tom became the Owner and CEO of Trackshark.com, a top national collegiate/professional track and field site. Tom later sold the business to Wasserman and continued on as the General Manager. At Wasserman, they served as the General Manager of Olympic Sports and was responsible for establishing and managing an overall style for the track and field portal.

Tom then transitioned to PrestoSports as the Director of Operations, where they directed the operations staff, conducted client training, and implemented new features. Tom also contributed to the growth of fulfillment operations and created training videos for the help center. Following this role, they were hired back as the General Manager of RLS2000.com. During their tenure, they streamlined customer support procedures to enhance the customer experience and played a vital role in company growth and customer success.

Tom later joined Elm Street as the General Manager at RLS2000.com after it was acquired. Tom was subsequently promoted to the role of VP of Customer Success and opened a new office in Worcester, MA. At their most recent position, as the Director of Product Support at Workgrid Software, Tom is responsible for managing escalated support cases from the platform, both direct and partner-related. Tom also oversees the customer support team members.

Tom Borish completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Kent State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained the Advanced Social Media Strategy Training and Certification from HubSpot in August 2019.
