Richard Dauch

Rick Dauch is the current Chief Executive Officer of Workhorse Group Inc. He was previously the Founder of PointeWest Capital, and before that he worked as a Private Investor. Rick has also served as an Advisor to BorgWarner Inc.

Rick Dauch worked as the Chief Executive Officer at Delphi Technologies from January 2019 to October 2020. He was responsible for leading the company and providing innovative solutions for internal combustion engine, hybrid and electric passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Under his leadership, the company expanded its operations to 24 countries and increased its workforce to over 21,000 people.

Rick Dauch worked at Acument Global Technologies from Jun 2008 to Jan 2011 as President and CEO. He was responsible for the company's overall performance, strategic direction, and profitability. Prior to joining Acument, Rick served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Federal-Mogul Corporation's Engine Group.

Rick Dauch worked at United Technologies from Jul 1992 to May 1995 as Senior Business Manager. He led the specialty packaged products business for the Carrier Division.
