Ryan Gaul

Ryan Gaul is the President of Commercial Vehicles at Workhorse Group. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director Operations of Comair Rotron (Shanghai) Fan Co Ltd from January 2010 to December 2014. Ryan also served as Senior Vice President Operations of Gentherm from June 2002 to August 2019. In this role, they led the company's purchasing, manufacturing, process development, logistics, quality, industrial engineering and continuous improvement functions across 12 sites in North America, Europe, and Asia. Ryan also served as a Board Member of a power technology start-up from December 2016 to April 2019. Prior to their work in the corporate world, Ryan was a programmer and network administrator for Travel-Italy.com from January 1998 to December 2000.

Ryan Gaul has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as well as a certification from Boston Business School in Financial Management. Ryan is also certified by Lean Associates Singapore Pte. Ltd. as a Lean Professional.

Ryan Gaul reports to Rick Dauch, CEO. A direct report to Ryan Gaul is and Dave Bjerke - VP, Product Development. They are on a team with Greg Ackerson - Interim CFO, Jim Harrington - Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel & Secretary, and John Graber - President, Aerospace.
