Senior Product Designer at Workhuman

Aidan Cotter has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of design and user experience. Aidan is currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Workhuman since September 2022. Prior to this, Aidan worked as a UX Designer at STATSports from April 2021 to September 2022. Before that, they held the position of UX/UI Designer at ORH Marketing from January 2019 to April 2021. Aidan also worked as the Head of UX & Design at Rock Digital from April 2018 to January 2019.

A significant part of their career was spent at the Smartbox Group, where Aidan served as the Design Team Lead from May 2016 to April 2018. Aidan also worked as a Graphic Designer at Smartbox Group from November 2014 to April 2018. At Smartbox Group, Aidan was responsible for designing and developing promotional material for campaigns, creating banner adverts, and offering creative solutions to optimize site templates.

Prior to joining Smartbox Group, Aidan worked at Isobar as a Digital Creative from August 2013 to November 2014. In this role, they maintained high standards while working on various web, print, and mobile projects for high-profile clients. Aidan also had the opportunity to engage in client meetings, adhere to budgets, offer new creative concepts, and find solutions through brainstorming and team research.

Aidan's journey in the field of design and web development started at Online, where they served as a Web Developer & Graphic Designer from 2009 to July 2012. Before this, they gained sales experience at Harvey Norman, working as a Salesperson from September 2006 to July 2012.

Aidan Cotter received a Leaving Certificate from Coláiste Rís Dundalk in 2005. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Dundalk Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Communications & Creative Multimedia. In 2021 and 2022, Aidan pursued further education at the UX Design Institute and completed a Professional Diploma in UX Design.
