Alen Tot

Alen Tot has a strong background in ERP application engineering and development. Alen is currently working as an ERP Application Engineer at Workhuman since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Codec Ireland as an Enterprise Resources Planning Consultant from October 2019 to February 2021, where they specialized in Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV solutions design, installation, implementation, and support. Alen also developed AL extensions to support bespoke business processes in these systems.

Before joining Codec Ireland, Alen worked at Pallas Foods as a Solution Developer from August 2019 to October 2019 and as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer from September 2016 to August 2019. Alen also gained experience as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer at Datapac from September 2014 to September 2016.

Alen started their career at Adacta d.o.o., Zagreb in February 2011 as a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Developer. During their time there, they focused on NAV solutions development for MS Partner, working with NAV versions from 3.6 to 7.1 (2013 R2).

Alen Tot obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Defining and Achieving Professional Goals" and "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Critical Thinking" from LinkedIn in July 2019, and "Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009" from Microsoft in July 2011.
