Alexandra Morrissey

Customer Success Manager

Alexandra Morrissey has a diverse professional background in marketing, account management, and customer success. Starting as a Marketing Intern at SimpliVity from December 2013 to May 2015, Alexandra assisted in trade show logistics and developed promotional materials. As a Marketing Associate at SimpliVity from June 2015 to February 2017, responsibilities included managing executive meeting calendars for global technology trade shows and supporting partner events, alongside launching the customer advocacy program “SimpliVity Insiders.” Following this, Alexandra served as an Account Management Coordinator at Acquia from March 2017 to December 2018 before transitioning to Workhuman as a Customer Success Specialist in January 2019 and later becoming a Customer Success Manager. More recently, Alexandra pursued a role as a Teaching Professional from September 2020 to June 2023. Alexandra holds a degree from Merrimack College, completed in 2015.
