Andrea Burris

Andrea Burris, Ph.D., currently serves as the Director of Product Design at Workhuman, beginning in January 2024, after holding the position of Senior Product Research Manager on a fixed-term contract. In addition to this role, Andrea is a Non-Executive Director at Central Hall Venues since May 2024. Previously, Andrea was the Senior User Research Manager at Tails.com from July 2019 to January 2024, overseeing international research initiatives and participant recruitment across multiple countries. Past experience includes user-centered design roles at WikiVillage London, Koru Kids, John Lewis, Kingfisher Digital, and Transport Systems Catapult, alongside research-focused positions at Loughborough University, which culminated in a Ph.D. examining comfort in the home. Andrea holds an MSc in Ergonomics and a BA in Psychology with Sociology.
