Andrew Keogh

Andrew Keogh has extensive experience in various roles within the energy industry, starting in 2003 as an RGMA Implementation Manager at Total Gas & Power Ltd. Andrew then moved on to positions such as Divemaster at Watercolours Dive Centre, Technical Writer at Navman, and Content Director at Fresh Paint Pictures.

In 2007, Keogh became the Operations Director at Encore International Limited, where they led the operations center and negotiated energy procurement contracts across Europe. Andrew then joined Energy Live News in 2013 as Operations Director, managing the delivery of a new web platform and designing a prototype for a premium service.

From 2011 to 2017, Keogh served as the Director/Head of Product at SEASFiRE, an environmental education business. During this time, they created tailored learning experiences for students and developed programs focused on media production and raising awareness about environmentalism.

Keogh then transitioned to a Product Manager role at Planet9 Energy from 2017 to 2018, where they developed new products and reports for partners in Great Britain's electricity industry. Andrew later joined CSN Energy in 2019 as a Product Manager, leading the UK Product Development and managing data flows for energy suppliers.

Currently, Keogh is with Workhuman, where they held the positions of Product & Delivery Lead from 2020 to 2022, Director of Engineering since 2022, and Director of Product Development Operations starting in 2023. In these roles, they have been responsible for overseeing product development, operations, and engineering initiatives.

Andrew Keogh obtained their Leaving Certificate from Plunket College in 1992. Andrew then pursued further education at Dublin City University from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Business Studies degree in Public Policy and Business Administration. Alongside their formal education, Andrew has also obtained various certifications, including "How to Beat Burnout, Exhaustion, and Stress" and "How to Build Credibility as a Leader" from LinkedIn in 2023 and 2022 respectively. Andrew also completed courses such as "Exploratory Data Analysis in Python" and "Design Databases with PostgreSQL" from Codecademy in 2021, and "Scientific Computing with Python" from freeCodeCamp in 2021. Other certifications obtained by Andrew include "Professional Scrum Master I" and "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" from Scrum.org in 2018, and "Introduction to Game Development" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2015.
