Arann Villing is an experienced Systems Architect at Workhuman since November 2011, contributing to the development of the world’s fastest-growing integrated Social Recognition and continuous performance management platform. Prior to this role, Arann served as a Tech Lead at IBM Ireland, focusing on Lotus Notes and Sametime, and participated in an international Patent focus group. Experience at TerraNua as a Principal Software Engineer involved providing IT consulting to financial services in the UK and Ireland. Early career positions included Senior Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments System Company, where Arann worked on Java/JSP web applications, and Programmer/Analyst at FEXCO, specializing in client-server app development for financial services. Arann holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Munster Technological University, completed in 1998.
