Arun Raj

Arun Raj has extensive work experience as a Product Designer. Arun is currently employed at Workhuman, where they design experiences for platform integrations and data management tools. Arun also focuses on designing developer experiences to make the Workhuman platform extensible. Additionally, Arun researches and designs vision concepts for various HRIS, communication, and workflow integrations.

Prior to Workhuman, Arun worked as a Senior Product Designer at DreamSpring from June 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for designing digital lending experiences across web and mobile platforms. Arun'swork involved designing an enterprise loan management suite to help financial institutions streamline their services and launch new financial products.

Before DreamSpring, Arun gained experience as a Product Designer at Hashnode from April 2017 to March 2018. Arun also worked as a User Interface Designer at English Dost from August 2016 to March 2017, and as a Product Designer at Bagyourjob.com from December 2014 to January 2016.

Arun Raj completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University, which lasted from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Interaction and Experience Design at the University of Limerick from 2020 to 2021. During the same year, they worked as a Research Intern at the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics in University College Dublin. Arun Raj's educational journey began at Chinmaya Vidyalaya, where they attended school from 1997 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Collaborating with Microsoft 365" from LinkedIn in April 2023 and in "Creative Programming for Digital Media & Mobile Apps" from Coursera in July 2013.
