Brian Gavin has extensive work experience in the field of IT support. Brian started their career at HP in 2006 as an IT Support Specialist, where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined the National Treasury Management Agency as an IT Support Engineer, a position they held until 2018. Brian then worked at Bulgari as an IT Support Specialist for two years before joining Workhuman in 2020 as a Senior Help Desk Engineer.

Brian Gavin attended Dublin City University from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Applications. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in macOS Big Sur Essential Training from LinkedIn.
