Danielle Shuster

Danielle Shuster is a Training & Enablement Specialist at Workhuman since April 2022, possessing extensive experience in customer success and project management across various roles. Prior to Workhuman, Danielle held the position of Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist at Labster from October 2020 to April 2022. At Toast, Inc., from September 2019 to April 2020, Danielle worked as a Remote Implementation Engineer and previously served as an Associate Project Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing mid-level solution implementations for over 50 projects concurrently. Danielle began a professional career as an Implementation Consultant at CivicPlus from July 2017 to August 2019, managing website development projects for municipalities. Earlier experience includes an internship at the MetroWest Economic Research Center, where economic data analysis and reporting were key tasks. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from Framingham State University.
