Dante Borillo

Dante Borillo has a diverse work experience spanning from their current position as the Director of Global IT Infrastructure at Workhuman since September 2017 to their role as a Fellowship member at CERN (European Laboratory for Nuclear Research) from October 1998 to April 2000. In between, they held various leadership positions such as Head of Software Engineering at Globoforce from November 2011 to September 2017, Director of Development, Data Quality Division at Informatica from March 2008 to October 2011, VP of Software Development at KineMatik Ltd. from November 2002 to February 2008, and Founder/R&D Manager at LightObjects from June 2000 to June 2002.

Dante Borillo holds a M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the Università degli Studi di Udine, which they obtained between 1992 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended the Istituto Tecnico/P.F. Calvi Technical Institute in Belluno, where they earned the qualification of a qualified accountant. During this period, they also studied programming. In 2017, Dante pursued further professional development through the Managing People Programme at Technological University Dublin. In addition to their education, Dante has obtained various certifications, including Judo Assistant Coach from the Irish Judo Association in September 2015, IBEC Leadership Development Programme in May 2015, and CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum Alliance in May 2012.
