Elton Motta

Elton Motta is an experienced software engineer specializing in back-end development and integration. Currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Workhuman since July 2019, Elton focuses on implementing and maintaining integrations between main products and various back-end systems utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring, and AWS. Previously, Elton held senior development roles at MiFinity and Travelport Digital, contributing to feature development for global eWallet applications and customer-facing applications, respectively. Elton's extensive experience also includes roles as a Java Architect and Middleware Administrator at Associação de Poupança e Empréstimo - POUPEX, and various positions in software development across multiple companies dating back to 2000. Elton holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Object Oriented Systems and a Technical Degree in Data Processing Technology from Universidade Católica de Brasília.
