Ilija Subanovic

Ilija Subanovic is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Principal Data Engineer at Workhuman, Ilija has contributed to significant projects in previous roles at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where responsibilities included the establishment of an Enterprise Data Lake and Warehouse using AWS technologies, as well as leading teams in the design and implementation of data services. With a background as a co-founder of Cloudalto, a consultancy focused on cloud strategy, and prior positions at Fidelity International and Ericsson Nikola Tesla, Ilija has demonstrated expertise in big data technologies, system integration, and automation, backed by a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing.
