Isha Vicaria

Senior Research & People Data Analyst at Workhuman

Isha Vicaria has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at the University of Miami as a Lab Coordinator. From 2012 to 2017, they were a Doctoral Researcher at Northeastern University, conducting quantitative and qualitative research on social skills development across the adult lifespan. Isha also served as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Project Manager at Northeastern University from 2017 to 2018, where they developed research plans and served as a point of contact for international teams. In 2018, they worked as a People & Operations Manager at TetraScience, providing HR and operational support to a life sciences startup. In 2019, they served as an HR Generalist - Reporting & Analytics at Formlabs, where they produced data reports and visualizations on employee compensation trends and headcount. Since 2020, Isha has been working at Workhuman, initially as a People Data Analyst before being promoted to Senior Research & People Data Analyst. In this role, they collaborate with industry and academic researchers, develops analytical reports, and demonstrates the impact and ROI of Workhuman's products.

Isha Vicaria completed their education history as follows:

From 2012 to 2017, they attended Northeastern University and earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Social Psychology.

In 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Master's Degree in Psychological Research Methods at The University of Edinburgh.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Stetson University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Political Science, and Spanish.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Isha Vicaria has also obtained several certifications. In July 2019, they received the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM. In June 2020, they acquired certifications in Human Resources-related topics such as Strategic Workforce Planning, Understanding HR Systems Features and Benefits, Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy, and People Analytics, all from LinkedIn. In October 2020, they became a Workhuman Certified Professional. Most recently, in May 2023, they completed certifications in "How to Be an Adaptable Employee during Change and Uncertainty" and "How to Beat Burnout, Exhaustion, and Stress" from LinkedIn.
