Kamal Sampathkumar

Kamal Sampathkumar has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the software engineering and architecture field. Kamal started their career in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer at Mentec, where they worked until 2002. Kamal then joined Flightman as a Senior Software Engineer for a short period before moving to Connect Global Solutions in 2003, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer until 2004.

In 2004, Kamal joined System Dynamics as a Software Architect, where they worked for six years until 2010. During this time, they gained valuable experience in software architecture and design.

In 2010, Kamal joined Workhuman and has held multiple roles within the company since then. Kamal started as a System Architect and gradually moved up to become the System Architect Team Lead. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Product Owner/Architect Team Lead, responsible for leading a team and overseeing the product development process. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of Senior System Architect/Lead, further showcasing their expertise in system architecture. Currently, Kamal serves as a Senior Leader in Architecture and Engineering at Workhuman. Their extensive experience and leadership skills make him a valuable asset to the company.

Kamal Sampathkumar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Dr. M.G.R Engineering College from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from AWS in May 2020, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification from AWS in May 2020, the IBM Certified System Administrator - WAS Network Deployment V7.0 certification from IBM in March 2010, the IBM Certified System Administrator - WAS, Network Deployment V6.1 certification from IBM in July 2008, the IBM Certified System Administrator - WAS Network Deployment V6.0 certification from IBM in July 2007, and the IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server V5.0 certification from IBM in May 2005.
