Kortney Peterson

Kortney Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kortney started their career as an intern at ELIE SAAB and later worked as an intern at Good Work(s) Make A Difference. Kortney then transitioned into the fashion industry, where they served as a Design & Merchandise Administrator at the University of Delaware and Assistant Manager at Jennifer Rothwell, where they managed a team and implemented marketing strategies. After that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Administrator at DataON Storage, where they renovated the company's database and oversaw the order-processing system. Kortney then joined SL Home Fashions as a Buyer, collaborating with suppliers and managing the company database. Kortney had a brief stint as an Operations and Property Manager at IMC Cinema Group, overseeing day-to-day operations and budget management. Kortney then moved to Publicis Groupe, where they worked as a Buyer, leading procurement projects and formulating sourcing strategies. Currently, Kortney is working at Workhuman, initially as a Partner Account Manager and now as a Sr. Partner Account Manager, where they foster relationships between internal and external stakeholders and manages partnerships.

Kortney Peterson has a diverse education history in the field of fashion and business administration. Kortney began their undergraduate studies in 2011 at the University of Delaware, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design. During their time at University of Delaware, Kortney also had the opportunity to study at the Paris American Academy in 2013, focusing on Apparel Design/Merchandising.

In 2010, before attending University of Delaware, Kortney briefly attended the Academy of Art University, where they gained knowledge in Fashion/Apparel Design and Marketing.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Kortney went on to further their education at Trinity College Dublin in 2016. There, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management and specialized in the field of Business Administration and Management.
