Leonardo Caetano

Leonardo Caetano has a diverse work experience in the field of design, with a strong focus on user experience and interface design. Leonardo has held various leadership roles throughout their career, leading cross-functional teams and providing mentorship and guidance. Some of their notable experiences include acting as a Senior Product Design Manager at Workhuman, where they oversee the design efforts within the organization. Previously, at optile GmbH, they served as the Head of Design, leading design structures and building a culture of excellence. Leonardo has also held positions such as Senior UX Designer at eDreams ODIGEO, UX Design Team Lead at Hurb, and Head of Design at Mobicare, where they were responsible for managing multidisciplinary design teams and delivering user-centered experiences. Leonardo's work experience also includes roles such as Information Architect at M4U, UX Designer at TW Services, and UI Designer at Informal Serviços e Consultoria em Informática and Playoff Marketing Esportivo. Leonardo has extensive experience in designing interfaces for various platforms and has worked on projects for notable clients and organizations. Leonardo's work throughout their career has focused on creating user-centric designs, conducting user research, applying testing methodologies, and developing design strategies to meet the needs of customers.

Leonardo Caetano pursued their education at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Design with a specialization in Industrial and Product Design. Later, from 2011 to 2012, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, where they completed a Master of Fine Arts degree in Usability and Information Architecture.
