Louise Leavy

Louise Leavy started their work experience in 2007 as an Event Coordinator at Kilshane House and held the position until 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Event Coordinator at Hotel Kilkenny - Griffin Group. In 2012, Louise worked as an Event Coordinator (Contract) at Limerick Institute of Technology and as a Project Recruitment Specialist at Morgan McKinley. In 2015, they joined Workhuman as a Recruitment Business Partner and later transitioned to the role of Associate Product Designer in 2019. Currently, Louise is employed at Workhuman as a Product Researcher.

Louise Leavy completed their education from various institutions. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Limerick and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in New Media & English Studies in 2008. Later, in 2013, they attended Maynooth University and obtained a FETAC - Level 7 Diploma in Training & Continuing Education, specializing in Workforce Development and Training.

In 2017, Louise pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in User Experience Design at the Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, which they completed in 2019.

Additionally, Louise has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In January 2019, they acquired the certification in "Persuasive UX: Influencing Behavior Patterns" from LinkedIn. Louise further expanded their expertise by obtaining certifications in "Figma for UX Design" from LinkedIn in March 2021, and "Insights for Innovation" from IDEO U in April 2021. Most recently, they achieved the certification in "UX Foundations: Research" from LinkedIn in September 2021.
