Luka Crljen has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Luka began their career as a Warehouse Assistant at eKupi and later worked as an IT Assembly Technician at M SAN Grupa, where they assembled computers and TVs and performed minor troubleshooting and repairs. Luka then worked as a Warehouse Operative at DB Schenker Logistics while also handling database administration tasks. In 2015, they became a Warehouse Administrator at Mepas d.o.o. before joining DID Electrical as an IT Repair Technician, where they troubleshooted and repaired laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets and provided technical support to customers. At Retail inMotion, Luka held multiple roles, including Technical Support Representative, where they provided support via telephone and email, and Customer Success Analyst, where they managed the knowledge base, mentored the team, and investigated and resolved technical software issues. Luka also worked as a Technical Support Team Lead at the same company, where they were responsible for writing guides and documentation, diagnosing and resolving technical software issues, and ensuring the maintenance of ticket systems and adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Luka's most recent role is as a Software Support Engineer at Workhuman, where they currently work.

Luka Crljen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the Zagreb University of Applied Sciences from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended High school Dugo Selo from 2006 to 2010, focusing on Computer Science.
