Lukasz Dziuba

Lukasz Dziuba has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Lukasz has been with Workhuman since 2017, serving as a Principal Software Engineer and later as a Team Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for designing and implementing high-quality engineering solutions, collaborating with product directors and managers, mentoring and coaching team members, and prioritizing technical debt and architectural improvements.

Before joining Workhuman, Lukasz worked at Globoforce as a Technical Team Leader and Senior Software Developer, leading a team of developers and contributing to the development of a recognition software solution. Prior to that, they worked at System Dynamics as a Java Developer, where they were involved in the development of an internal reporting system for Revenue Commissioners.

Lukasz also gained experience at IBM as a Software Engineer, working on the development of Tivoli Netcool Service Quality Manager. Lukasz started their career at MAN as a Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of a custom ERP system.

Additionally, Lukasz had short-term assignments at Creonit and Sirocco, where they worked as a Software Developer on web application and sales support application projects, respectively.

Overall, Lukasz has demonstrated expertise in Java, Oracle, SQL, J2EE, and various other technologies throughout their career.

Lukasz Dziuba holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science - Business Intelligence, which they obtained from Poznan University of Technology from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science - Software Engineering at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Lukasz has obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in November 2011, OMG-Certified UML Professional - Fundamental from OMG in October 2009, Sun Certified Web Components Developer from Sun Microsystems in 2008, and Sun Certified Java Programmer for Java5 from Sun Microsystems in November 2007. Furthermore, Lukasz has also completed various online courses in subjects such as Sass, CSS, design, Git, mobile development, Ember, Bootstrap, jQuery, and JavaScript.
