Mallory Anzalone

Mallory Anzalone has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Currently, they are the Director of Leadership Development at Workhuman, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, Mallory worked at Wayfair, where they held multiple roles. From January 2022 to April 2022, they were the Associate Director of Leadership Development. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager of Leadership Development from May 2019 to January 2022. Mallory also worked as the Senior Category Manager of Furniture at Perigold.com from November 2017 to April 2019, and as the Category Manager of Lighting at Wayfair.com from September 2013 to October 2017. Mallory began their career at Wayfair as a Category Associate at AllModern.com from July 2011 to September 2013.

Mallory Anzalone holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamilton College. In addition to their academic achievements, Mallory obtained a Facilitation Skills Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in February 2020.
