Matt Hammer

Matt Hammer has extensive work experience, starting in 1996 as a Project Manager/Technical Project Manager at BI Performance Service. Matt then moved on to GE, where they held the position of Client Development Director from 2001 to 2008. After that, they worked at MINT Organization as a Solution Design Director/Account Director for three years. From 2011 to 2013, Matt served as the Business Development Director at BI WORLDWIDE. Matt then joined Workhuman, where they held various roles including Senior Customer Success Manager, Product Feature Manager/Sr. CSM, and Senior Product Manager. Their responsibilities at Workhuman included building integrations, training internal resources, gathering client requirements, and managing customer relationships.

Matt Hammer attended St. Cloud State University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing. Matt also studied Marketing Management, General during their time at the university from 1989 to 1993.
