Matthew Graci

Matthew Graci is a Senior Research Scientist at Workhuman, specializing in natural language processing research and product development since April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Manager and Data Scientist at Publicis Sapient, where significant contributions were made to various projects, including developing a coding framework for health score generation and an NLP tool for document classification. Matthew has also worked as a Data Science Fellow and Technical Advisor at Insight Data Science, producing a natural language classifier. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Emory University, an MEd in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from the University of Dayton.
