Meghan Honan has a strong background in customer advocacy and engagement, with a focus on customer experience and success. Meghan currently holds the position of Senior Director, Customer Advocacy & Engagement at Workhuman, a leading social recognition and performance management platform. Prior to this role, Meghan served as the Director of Customer Experience for Workhuman from July 2019 to December 2021. Meghan also held the position of Director, Customer Success from April 2016 to June 2019 and Senior Customer Success Manager from September 2014 to March 2016 at the same company. Earlier in their career, Meghan worked as a Domain Manager at Aon Hewitt from May 2006 to August 2014.
Meghan Honan received their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology/Mathematics from Middlebury College from 1989 to 1993. Meghan has also obtained a certification as a Workhuman Certified Professional from Workhuman in September 2020.
