Michelle Lane

Michelle Lane has over 30 years of experience in various roles in retail and corporate sales. Michelle is currently working as a Corporate Sales Director at Workhuman since 2022. Before that, they had a long tenure at Tiffany & Co., where they held several positions, including National Sales Director and Director of the Western Region for Tiffany & Co. Business Sales. In these roles, they were responsible for business retention and growth strategies, client development, and talent management. Prior to Tiffany & Co., Michelle worked at MPGE - Foxwoods Resort Casino, where they served as the Director of Retail, overseeing multiple boutiques and managing a large team. Overall, Michelle has a strong background in sales, business development, and team management.

Michelle Lane obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in General Studies with a major in Accounting and a minor in Social Sciences from Eastern Connecticut State University. In addition, they received a certification in Challenger Fundamentals - Sales Coaching from Challenger in May 2023.
