Michelle Ohara

Michelle Ohara is an experienced professional in customer service and ground operations, currently serving as the Associate Manager of Customer Service at Workhuman since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle spent over two decades at Aerlingus, where responsibilities included serving as the Senior Supervisor of Ground Operations from January 2015 until July 2021. Michelle holds a Degree in Business Management and Leadership from Shaw Academy (2020), a Graduate Diploma in Dance from the University of Limerick (2012-2013), and a Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Coláiste Dhúlaigh College of Further Education (2000-2001). Education was completed at Santa Sabina Sutton from 1993 to 1999.
