Niharika Jain

Niharika Jain is an engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Workhuman since August 2024, Niharika previously held the position of UI Team Lead at FileCloud, where significant contributions included a complete UI revamp and the development of workflow automation features. With a progression from Software Engineer to Sr. Engineering Manager at FileCloud, Niharika demonstrated expertise in frontend technologies, particularly Vue.js and AngularJS, and successfully improved user experiences and application performance. Earlier roles include Software Engineer at Linkstreet Learning Pvt. Ltd. and Programmer Analyst at Argusoft, where impactful projects and system architecture decisions were made. Niharika holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University.
