Olivia Kohn

Olivia Kohn is an experienced Communications Specialist with a diverse background in employee engagement, customer service, and communications. Currently at Workhuman since March 2022, Olivia previously held roles at PTC and Boston University, where responsibilities included managing interdepartmental databases, providing support to students, and maintaining academic records for over 18,000 students. Prior experience as a Program Counselor at Alternatives Unlimited, Inc. involved recruiting and training counselors, as well as working directly with clients. Olivia also served as a Communications Intern at Action on Poverty, creating promotional content and planning fundraising events, and began a career in customer service as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Old Navy. Olivia holds a degree from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
