Renuka Deshmukh

Renuka Deshmukh has a diverse work experience in the field of ERP applications and consulting. Renuka is currently working as an ERP Application Engineer at Workhuman since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Version 1 from 2016 to 2022, where they held the role of an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant. In this role, they gained expertise in HRMS and finance modules of Oracle ERP, assisting in implementation, resolving critical issues, and suggesting improvements in business practices. Before that, they worked at Cognizant from 2011 to 2016 as an Associate, with responsibilities including setting up core Oracle ERP HRMS modules and managing services for Oracle Incentive Compensation for a healthcare equipment and services company. Renuka has demonstrated their proficiency in Oracle ERP systems and has proven their ability to work effectively in multinational organizations.

Renuka Deshmukh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.E., Electronics and Telecommunications from Nagpur University between 2006 and 2010. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2016 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in June 2017, Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Human Capital Management Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in November 2016, and ITIL Certified from e-learning in October 2013.
