Rita Raher

Rita Raher has diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rita is currently working as a Principal Product Designer at Workhuman since September 2022. Prior to this, Rita worked at SoftwareONE for six years, starting as a Software Developer Intern and later transitioning to roles such as Digital Marketing Developer, UX Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, and finally, Lead Product Designer. During their time at SoftwareONE, they were responsible for designing and managing user experiences for cloud-based products, conducting user research, and creating actionable insights and data visualization. Rita's earlier experience includes working as a Graphic & Web Design Specialist at Peninsula Petroleum, where they focused on redesigning and developing the company's intranet. Furthermore, they worked as a Software Developer Intern and Digital Marketing Developer at SourceDogg. Overall, Rita brings a strong background in product design, UX/UI design, and development across a variety of industries.

Rita Raher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design and Technology from the University of Limerick. Rita then pursued a Higher Diploma in Creative Multimedia Programming from Limerick Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2012 to 2013. Later, from 2018 to 2020, Rita Raher attended Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology and earned a Higher Diploma in Data Analytics. Rita'seducation journey continued at CCT College Dublin, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, Rita Raher obtained several certifications, including "Accessibility-First Design" and "UX Foundations: Accessibility" from LinkedIn in July 2023, "Designing for Neural Networks and AI Interfaces" from LinkedIn in January 2023, and "Introduction to PySpark" from DataCamp in September 2022, among others.
