Rob Schmitter

Rob Schmitter is an experienced professional in employee engagement, compensation, and benefits, currently serving as a Retired professional since April 2023 after a tenure as Engagement & Productivity Strategic Advisor at Workhuman, starting in May 2016. In this role, Rob specialized as a Recognition Solutions Architect, assisting clients with the implementation of strategic recognition and performance management solutions. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Workday Practice at PwC Canada, where Rob focused on optimizing Workday implementations since entering the Workday ecosystem in 2013. Rob has also held significant roles as Principal Workday Consultant at Balkon Inc., Director of Total Rewards at BlackBerry, and Total Rewards Leader at Nortel. Educational credentials include a Business Administration degree from Fleming College and certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional and a Workday HCM Consultant.
