Software Support Engineer at Workhuman

Robert Mc Ardle started their work experience as a Warehouse Assistant at AD Ireland from June 2007 to December 2012. Their responsibilities included preparing orders for distribution, managing goods inwards, maintaining warehouse hygiene, and conducting stock takes.

Robert then joined Bank of Ireland as a Student Internship - Incident Management Analyst from February 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they were part of the incident management on-call rota, represented the incident management team in meetings, and participated in daily problem/interlock calls and monthly service monitoring calls.

Robert Mc Ardle continued their work at Bank of Ireland as a Fraud Analyst from August 2018 to October 2018.

Robert also worked as a Computing Student at Institute of Technology, Tallaght from September 2014 to May 2018. Robert graduated with a 2.1 Honours degree in IT Management and gained knowledge in various areas such as information systems, web services, networking, software development, cloud technologies, and more.

Currently, they are employed at Workhuman since November 2018 as an Associate Application Support Engineer. Previously, they held the position of Software Support Engineer. Workhuman is a social recognition and continuous performance management platform that helps organizations connect culture to shared purpose.

Robert Mc Ardle completed their Leaving Cert at Moyle Park College from 2000 to 2005. Robert then attended Greenhills College in 2012 and 2013, where they obtained a Fetac level 5 Computer Network and Maintenance with Games Design certification. Robert went on to pursue a Honours Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Advanced SQL for Query Tuning and Performance Optimization, and Learning Splunk, all from LinkedIn in January 2020.
