Robert Mc Ardle started their work experience as a Warehouse Assistant at AD Ireland from June 2007 to December 2012. Their responsibilities included preparing orders for distribution, managing goods inwards, maintaining warehouse hygiene, and conducting stock takes.
Robert then joined Bank of Ireland as a Student Internship - Incident Management Analyst from February 2017 to August 2017. Currently, they are employed at Workhuman since November 2018 as an Associate Application Support Engineer. Previously, they held the position of Software Support Engineer. Workhuman is a social recognition and continuous performance management platform that helps organizations connect culture to shared purpose.
Robert Mc Ardle completed their Leaving Cert at Moyle Park College from 2000 to 2005. Robert then attended Greenhills College in 2012 and 2013, where they obtained a Fetac level 5 Computer Network and Maintenance with Games Design certification. Robert went on to pursue a Honours Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Technological University Dublin, which they completed from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Advanced SQL for Data Scientists, Advanced SQL for Query Tuning and Performance Optimization, and Learning Splunk, all from LinkedIn in January 2020.
