Rose Gaudreau

Rose Gaudreau currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the CHXO and SVP, General Counsel at Workhuman since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rose held various managerial positions at Tectonic Therapeutic, Inc. from April 2021 to November 2023, including Manager of HR Operations, Finance Operations, and Business and Lab Operations, providing executive support to the President and CEO, as well as the C-Suite. Rose also worked at SV Health Investors from July 2017 to April 2021 as a Senior Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator in Healthcare Growth, and served as an Executive Assistant at Windrose Advisors from December 2014 to July 2017. Earlier experience includes a role in Investor Relations and Operations Administration at Advanced Technology Ventures from February 2009 to November 2014. Rose Gaudreau earned a BA in Spanish and Business from Merrimack College.
