CX Program Manager

Sarah Murphy has a diverse work experience in the field of campaign management and customer experience (CX). Sarah worked at Workhuman as a CX Program Manager since May 2022 and previously held the role of CX Implementations Lead starting February 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Globoforce from October 2014, where they were a Campaign Manager. Sarah also has significant experience at The Response Group - RG Financial, where they served as a Campaign Manager from an unknown start date until October 2014.

Sarah Murphy completed their education in the field of project management. Sarah obtained a Professional Diploma in Project Management from UCD Professional Academy, which they pursued until 2021. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Dublin Business School in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also obtained several certifications. Sarah completed "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People: Signature Program 4.0" from FranklinCovey in August 2020. In June 2018, they achieved a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). Sarah also holds a Product Owner (PSPO 1) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in April 2018.
