Seán Dunne

Seán Dunne's work experience begins in 2014 at Brown Thomas, where they worked as a Multichannel Team Member until January 2017. In June 2017, they briefly worked as a Clerical Officer at Comhar Linn INTO Credit Union. In November 2017, Seán joined Workhuman as a UX Research Intern, where they supported Designers with research projects and assisted in creating a research process. Seán then transitioned to the role of Associate Product Researcher in May 2018 and coordinated multiple research projects on various products. In September 2020, they were promoted to the role of Product Researcher, leading user research with internal and external stakeholders and creating research reports. Seán's most recent role at Workhuman is Senior Product Researcher, which they started in April 2022. In this role, they work on innovative initiatives and provides guidance to associates and mid-level researchers. Additionally, in 2023, Seán is scheduled to become a Mentor at the UX Tree Mentorship Programme.

Seán Dunne obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Psychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Later, in 2019, they pursued further education at the same institute and earned a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCert) in Fundamentals of UX Design, which was completed in 2020. Additionally, Seán obtained a certification in Mentorship from the UX Tree Mentorship Programme in May 2023.
