Stephanie Eje is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in various roles within the customer service sector. Currently serving as a Customer Specialist at Workhuman since July 2023, Stephanie also holds the title of Founding Member at Tech and Inclusion Advocates Ireland and is a Community Co-Founder at Customer Success Africa, both positions since October 2022 and September 2019, respectively. Previously, from October 2019 to July 2023, Stephanie led a chapter at Customer Success Network and played pivotal roles at Accounteer, including Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager, where leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and customer journey optimization were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include managing accounts at the National Agency For Food Drugs and Control and serving as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at GLEED FOUNDATION. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Dublin Business School and degrees in Banking and Finance (BSc) and Finance (Master’s) from Covenant University.
