Steve Moore's work experience begins in 1991 at Powersheild Ltd, where they worked as an Aluminium/Stainless Steel Architectural Technician until 1997. Steve then joined FG Wilson as a Production Planner, where they scheduled work processes for manufacturing components for CAT diesel generators and created documentation CDs for order processing. In 2000, Moore moved to Caterpillar Ltd as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, working on improving manufacturing processes and increasing productivity. Steve then worked at Leaf as a Manufacturing Engineer on a contract basis for a few months in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Moore was a Project Manager at Ericsson, and from 2004 to 2006, they worked at BT Global Services as an Order Process Manager, managing a major IT and telecommunications project worth €200 million.

Moore's longest tenure is at Workhuman, where they held multiple roles. Steve started in 2006 as a Customer Success Manager, specializing in Reward and Recognition programs. Steve then became a Customer Success Team Leader (acting) from 2020 to 2021 before taking on their current role as a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Accenture Portfolio, where they support a global recognition program with a $100 million annual budget.

Steve Moore earned a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Business & Marketing from Dublin Business School. Steve attended from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Millfield College of Engineering and Sciences, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Before that, they completed a Certificate in NVQ (City & Guilds of London) Levels I, II, III in Mechanical Engineering at Lisburn College of Further Education from 1991 to 1995.
